Nothing here constitutes electrical engineering, legal, regulatory or financial advice, nor a guarantee of compatibility, availability or commercial outcome. Any engagement with Monta ApS is established through written terms agreed by the parties.

Confidentiality of correspondence

All correspondence — including initial enquiries via this site — is treated with appropriate confidentiality. We do not disclose an enquiry, project or customer relationship without permission. Where a prospective engagement does not proceed, contact data can be deleted on request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Monta ApS acts as data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). We process personal data submitted via our contact form to respond to enquiries and take requested pre-contractual steps. Data is accessed on a need-to-know basis and retained only as required for the enquiry, relationship and applicable legal obligations. Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@monta.com.

We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function and a privacy-respecting analytics tag (aggregated, no cross-site tracking, IP truncation). No advertising or profiling cookies are deployed. Preferences can be reviewed via the cookie banner at any time.
