Confidential by default

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available where appropriate. Customer, partner and project information is not disclosed without permission, and public use cases are presented without unsupported customer attribution.

Responsible partnerships

Technology and commercial partners are assessed against the needs of the charging use case. Roles, incentives and responsibilities should be transparent before a collaboration moves forward.

Conflicts & information barriers

Potential conflicts are considered before an engagement. Where organizations or opportunities overlap, information is handled separately and any material conflict is discussed before work proceeds.

Data protection · GDPR

Personal data is processed under GDPR. Access is limited according to need and information is retained only for the relevant relationship and applicable legal obligations.

Security and access

Charging services depend on responsible access to systems and data. Security, permissions and integration responsibilities are considered as part of the technical and operating scope.
